IT - Coordinator

We are looking for an agile person with good communication skills, knowledge of writing scripts and macros, good system thinking and good communication skills to join our team, supporting the implementation of digitalisation processes and new IT solutions. 

Your main task will be to analyse, evaluate and coordinate digitalisation needs in the operational departments of STRABAG. You will support the implementation of process automation using Microsoft Power Platform. In the course of your work, you will develop close relationships with project teams and product owners. Your responsibilities will include briefing and training new colleagues on IT systems. 

• Analysing, evaluation and coordination of the digitalization and Information Technology needs of our construction projects and our organization unit
• Collecting, analysing, documenting, and evaluating the digitalisation needs, sometimes making description them
• Contact person in the organization unit for day-to-day business activities (e.g., hardware and software equipment) 
• Participation in the international teams
• Testing, teaching, and implementing of new applications
• Introduction of new colleagues into group's digitalization and Information technology systems 
• Harmonization of user rights 
• Reporting of digitalization tools and applications and usage of them
• Support in investigating the causes related to IT privileges and IT security

• A degree in a specialized field (IT engineering or software developer) or relevant experience 
• Excellent communication skills in Serbian, Croatian and English language 
• Willingness to travel

• Up-to-date knowledge of current trends in digitalization and Information technology
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft environment (MS Power Platform knowledge is an advantage)
