We're looking for an IT Business Analyst with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, who’s confident in managing documentation, translating legal and business needs into actionable specs, and collaborating with technical teams throughout the full product lifecycle.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive the full product lifecycle – from concept to production – by defining business and user requirements, translating legal and technical needs into clear specifications, and ensuring the product meets legal and technical standards.
- Own and maintain product documentation, including technical specifications, architecture, design, and operational procedures, while keeping the backlog and all materials centralized and up to date.
- Ensure product compliance and quality by working closely with legal, development, and QA teams to validate deliverables and align them with legal regulations and business goals.
- Research market trends and regulatory changes, analyze competition, and use these insights to support product improvements and strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (development, QA, marketing, and sales) to ensure smooth execution, knowledge sharing, and cross-functional alignment.
- Create learning materials and represent the product by preparing tutorials, technical articles, and participating in webinars and presentations for internal and external audiences.
What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar Business Analyst or Product Analyst role
- University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar
- Strong knowledge of web services (REST, XML, JSON), SQL, and cloud-based systems
- Solid understanding of networks, OS concepts, and documentation tools
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and clear communication
Bonus Points:
- Experience with ERP systems or retail processes
- Experience working in regulated industries or compliance-driven projects
