What’s the Role About?

As an IT Business Analyst, you’ll oversee product design from concept to production, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs. This role involves close collaboration with development teams, clients, and various stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery and continuous improvement of our products.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage Product Design: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to production.
• Define requirements for features and desired user experience.
• Write Technical Documentation: Create detailed technical documents for various stages of product development.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation covering architecture, design, and operational procedures.
• Validate Product Quality: Ensure the product meets specifications and quality standards.
• Client Communication: Hold regular meetings with clients to understand their needs and gather feedback.
• Present new features and solutions to clients and the local team.
• Research and Analysis: Analyze competition and technological innovations.
• Product Development Management: Define technical requirements and product functionalities.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure a high-quality product.
• Support Sales and Marketing: Work with sales and marketing teams to ensure successful promotion and product launch.
• Develop technical presentations and sales materials.
• Product Improvement: Gather feedback from users and teams to continuously improve the product

What We’re Looking For:

Must-Haves:

• At least 3 years of experience in the IT industry.
• A university degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Solid knowledge of SQL, networking, web services (REST, XML, JSON), and cloud concepts.
• Familiarity with operating systems and process visualization tools (e.g., PowerPoint).
• Excellent English communication skills.

Bonus Points:

• Knowledge of ERP systems and retail processes.
• A passion for learning and staying ahead in the tech world.
