- By using SQL and Linux skills provide IT application support and proper functioning of IT Postpaid systems for several companies within A1 Telekom Austria group
- Work on Incident/Change/Problem management for IT Postpaid systems
- Proactively resolve issues indicated by any non-typical behavior of the system
- Take part in demand management and business analysis processes for new functionalities
- Organize and carry through functional testing for the systems releases and new features
- Monitor data and reports deviations and errors in business systems
- Optimize business systems for improved performance and operability
- Deploy new systems, services or functionalities to the production environment
- Develop new tools, applications and scripts
- Produce reports ad-hoc and/or on a regular basis
If you have:
- Experience in technical application support of IT systems
- Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL
- Knowledge of Unix/Linux and Shell scripting
- Knowledge and experience with Telco Billing systems will be considered as plus
- Fluency in English
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Technical problem solving skills and analytical troubleshooting skills
- University degree in technical sciences will be considered as plus
