Main duties and responsibilities:
- Installing and configuring new computer hardware, software, operating systems (Linux and Windows), networks, printers and scanners;
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks already in use;
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests;
- Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone);
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary;
Requirements:
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Energetic and easy going personality
- Problem – solving skills
- Ability to stick to deadlines
- A keen eye to details
