Head of Risk Management

We are hiring a Head of Risk Management to build and lead our risk strategy in Serbia. This is a key leadership role responsible for developing risk policies, credit scoring models, and monitoring the customer portfolio to ensure business stability and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement risk policies and approval criteria for consumer financing.
• Develop and maintain credit scoring models aligned with business KPIs.
• Monitor portfolio quality and key risk indicators (approval rates, NPL ratios, etc.).
• Create internal reporting processes and risk dashboards.
• Collaborate with IT, finance, and operations teams to ensure data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in risk management or credit analysis, ideally in retail banking, fintech, or consumer lending.
• Strong knowledge of financial modeling, credit scoring, and portfolio monitoring.
• Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions.
• Excellent understanding of Serbian financial regulations related to consumer protection and lending.
• Proficient in English and Serbian.
