Duties
- Lead GTM Analytics team (4-5 team members) to success, including roadmap ownership, QA, coaching, and defining working framework between GTM Analytics team and Sales & Growth departments
- Work as a trusted advisor to the Director of Data and other leads from the Data department on creating a modern analytics team
- Proactively collaborate on a daily basis with Sales and Marketing stakeholders defining the roadmap, priorities, key growth paths and GTM strategies
- Design and build dashboards in Looker to create one single source of truth and a clean reporting space for all marketing metrics
- Suggest and perform analysis of landing pages, A/B test, audiences, segments, ads, and creatives
- Constantly review and monitor all paid platforms to avoid any data integrity issues
- Drive target audience segmentation, attribution modeling, lead generation analytics, paid and unpaid channels optimizations
- Cooperate with Digital Analytics Manager on building a clean tracking concept
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Economics or equivalent degree
- 5+ years experience in marketing/growth analytics team, minimum 2 years as a team lead or manager
- Outstanding understanding of marketing channels (Content, Email, Social Media, SEO, SEM, Display, Affiliate)
- Proven track record of success in building different attribution models
- Perfect understanding of all marketing metrics (CPA, CPL, CLV, CTR, CAC, ROI, ROAS)
- Proficiency in SQL, data science, and python
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills, demonstrated ability to drive alignment with various groups, senior management and leadership
