Goin is giving students the opportunity to connect with each other and build communities that bridge the gap between admission and enrollment. This community building will boost the university's conversion from admission to enrollment, and also support the overall experience and well-being of the next cohort of students.
There are currently 4 team members in the working team that you will join, their seniority is Medior to Senior. The working methodology that is being used by this team is Agile-Scrum.
Key responsibilities
- You will work with a team to help deliver identity assurance solutions and products.
- You will be responsible for developing the frontend&backend services and database
- It is essential to ensure the code is optimized to handle 50k+ active users
The ideal candidate:
- Has a minimum of 2+ years of experience working with JavaScript
- Has experience with similar commercial projects (dashboard, mobile app + API)
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree
- Is familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Able to work independently and as a member of a team
- Must desire to learn new skills and keep up to date with advances in development tools and frameworks.
- Has perfect verbal and written English
Has experience working with the following:
- JavaScript (ES2015+)
- NodeJS (Express is a plus)
- ReactJS
- TypeScript
- Chai/Mocha
- MongoDB
- Docker
- GitLab
Working conditions:
- Working hours: 9-17h, not open to flexible hours.
- This position can be full-remote with office visits from time to time (i.e. twice a month). Also, the hybrid model/office model is of the candidate's choice.
- 20 days of vacation
- Sick leave: 5 days are covered without salary decreasing
