Fullstack Developer - Analytics - SF Incentive Management

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Development Specialist to join our Analytics initiatives within the Product and Engineering organization. Our team's focus is to lead the migration path for existing customers to the Cloud version of Commissions, supported by SAP HANA, with a strong emphasis on Analytics, Data Management, and Hana Cloud. In this role, you will contribute to driving the Analytics & Data Strategy on public-cloud (GCP) or hybrid environments, working collaboratively with Architects and Engineers to continuously deliver features that support migrations. The products we deal with include SAP Data Warehouse Cloud (DWC), SAC Enterprise, and Data Intelligence Cloud.

Responsibilities:

• Integrate Commissions with SAC Enterprise, working with BigQuery, Statements and Publication and Storage.
• Collaborate with the Analytics team to design and implement enhancements.
• Develop, test, and maintain efficient and reliable Java Spring backend services.
• Design and implement user-friendly and responsive Angular front-end pages.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of data and systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integration and application performance.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Ability to initiate, facilitate and operate independently in a matrix organization involving engineering and cloud operations.
• Very good English language skills - spoken and written, to be able to articulate Product requirements and systems design related collaboration in constructive and open style within team and customer-facing environments.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Java and experience with Spring framework.
• Strong expertise in front-end development using Angular.
• Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript).
• Experience with RESTful API design and development.
• Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP Hana, Hana Cloud).
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Experience in build automation tools (e.g., Gradle).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Considered as a plus: 

• Knowledge of SAC Enterprise and Big Query
• Knowledge of BTP (Business Technology Platform) technologies.
• Familiarity with data management and data integration concepts.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Understanding of data security and privacy best practices.

Tasks: 

• Integrate Commissions with SAC Enterprise: Work closely with the SAC Enterprise team to seamlessly integrate Commissions, enabling efficient data exchange and unified functionalities.
• Foster a collaborative environment with the Analytics team, contributing ideas and expertise to improve the overall system and transition away from BO.
• Working on integration with BigQuery, leveraging its powerful data analytics capabilities to enhance Commissions' data processing and reporting.
• Implement Statements and Publication and Storage features to optimize data handling and improve user experience.
