About the project
Our client, a French leader and a global key player in Field Service Management, proposes a cloud-based software solution dedicated to the management of interventions. This solution allows companies to manage the days of their field teams (telecom technicians, air conditioning after-sales service, etc.), as well as to collect and intelligently process the data of these teams in real time.
The web and mobile application developed by our client manages everything: from planning (mapping, route optimization, etc.) to completion (dematerialization of reports, taking photos, etc.), and is used in a wide range of industries, including telecommunications, energy, utilities, security, construction and medical equipment.
