We’re looking for a full-stack developer (frontend-focused) to join our small and mission-driven team as we scale our SaaS platform for the food and beverage world.
You could build products for accountants or advertising giants - but here, your work supports craft breweries, food distributors, and independent restaurants. We’re building software that helps these businesses automate paperwork, coordinate workflows, and stay focused on doing what they love.
If you're a frontend expert who enjoys solving product problems just as much as technical ones, and you're excited to have a hand in backend development alongside our CTO, we’d love to meet you.
Tech Stack
Our core product is a single-page application written in Vue.js 2 with a Nest.js backend using PostgreSQL database. We're actively planning a migration to Vue.js 3, and this role will be key in that transition.
Why Join Us
- Make a real impact: We're a small, efficient team where your ideas directly shape the product.
- Build what people actually need: Our users are small food and beverage businesses - not corporate clients - and we stay in close contact with them. Their feedback directly informs our roadmap, and you’ll see that the results of your work make a real difference.
- Grow your skills through curiosity and ownership: We’ll encourage you to explore new tools, question assumptions, and propose better solutions. With real ownership of your work and a focus on solving meaningful problems, you’ll grow into a true product-minded engineer.
- Work remotely, collaborate intentionally: We are a Singapore-based startup operating 100% remotely using Slack, Notion, and Figma, and reserve meetings for deep discussions and problem-solving.
What We're Looking For
- Strong experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript
- Solid knowledge of Vue.js and its ecosystem (Vue.js 2 experience required; Vue.js 3 a big plus)
- Able to turn UI designs (e.g. in Figma) into clean, responsive front-end code
- Experience using Node.js for implementing REST APIs
- Experience working with relational databases
- Familiarity with version control tools, especially Git
- Previous experience building a B2B SaaS product in a team environment
- Proficient English communication
- Time zone availability: minimum of 4 hours overlap with Central European Time and Singapore, ideally within ±2 hours of CET
- Full-time preferred, or part-time with a path to full-time
Responsibilities
- Build new and maintain existing frontend components functionalities using Vue.js 2 (and help us migrate to Vue.js 3).
- Create and maintain reusable components based on our Design System.
- Collaborate with the CTO on backend features and data architecture.
- Own your work - we do not believe bug-free code fairytales, but we do our best to have highly functional first versions.
- Test and optimize the application for performance, security, browser compatibility, and responsiveness.
- Express your ideas, share knowledge, and participate in open, honest team discussions to bring features from idea to implementation
How We Hire
- If you're invited to interview at OrderEZ, know that every candidate will get exactly the same questions in the first round. We're a group of data-driven people who believe that while you can't compare people "apples to apples," at the early stage, you can level the playing field.
- Once we cover the technical and role-specific needs in the first round, we move into a fit round. This is more freewheeling and all about chemistry.
- Depending on the role, we may ask for some work samples or a (paid) trial project, but we tend to move quickly after the fit interview and communicate timelines clearly at every stage.
- Also, if we interview you, you will get a personal response on whether or not you got the role.
- If you’re passionate about helping real businesses thrive and want to work in a tight-knit remote team where your voice matters, we’d love to hear from you.
Apply now and help us build better tools for the people who make, move, and serve the food and drinks we love.
