Full Stack Developer

Relio is a Swiss Fintech company with offices both in Zurich and Belgrade. Our innovative startup is launching a fully digital payment account for businesses in Switzerland. Our offering is built on a compliance technology empowering Relio to effectively serve companies with complex business setups.

As a Full Stack Developer, you'll work alongside a team of talented professionals in DevOps, monitoring, QA, and product management. Together, we will design, architect, develop, and test exciting new features for our state-of-the-art payment product. Responsibilities:

• Develop, test and document a successful banking payment system
• Work with undocumented and poorly specified requirements or deep dive into specifications
• Clarify and communicate with peers and leaders
• Maintain the code you produced (bug fixing and support)
• Balance with software quality and product efficiency

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience
• Fundamental knowledge of programming (data structures & algorithms)
• Knowledge of Relational Databases and SQL
• Knowledge of HTTP protocol and RESTful APIs
• TypeScript to be your main programming language (having advanced knowledge of C++, Java, C# and willingness to switch is fine too)
• Willingness to handle features on both backend and frontend, although expertise in both areas is not expected
• Experience in developing scalable and reliable apps
• Experience in writing unit/integration tests
• Advanced debugging and profiling skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Informatics or a related field
• Fluent in English

• PostgreSQL DB
• Handling semi-structured data (JSON in a relational database)
• MacOS/Linux environment in combination with Google Cloud (preferring Unix native approach instead of relying solely on cloud services)
