Full Stack Developer

Ongoing projects:

The biggest and most important ongoing project currently in the company is the migration of the back-office application to a new technology. They are creating a new, modern UI in Angular with the goal to make processes in the company move smoothly and make daily work for their users easier.

Your role:

As a Full-stack Developer in the IT project and resource team you will be working at the very core of their mission: to create digitally accessible and easy-to-use products and solutions. Together with your team, you will face varying technical challenges, working with their complex insurance system and its many integrations.

As a person, you like to work dynamically with a team of developers where you collaborate to improve the product while having a lot of fun along the way. You enjoy a broad role, facing the challenges as they come with a lot of interface with team members and stakeholders. Your solution-oriented attitude makes you face technical challenges head-on, finding new ways to reach your goal.

Expectations:

• Experience with Angular, JavaScript frameworks
• Knowledge of classic .NET framework (C# or VB.Net, WebApi, ASP.Net)
• Experience in developing web applications
• SQL Server and T-SQL
• GIT source control
• Ability to work in a team
• Ability to communicate directly with business
• Periodical business trips to our foreign offices
• English verbal and writing skills

Responsibilities:

• Working with insurance enterprise system
• Developing a new version of the core system in Angular
• Understanding business needs
• Creating optimal solutions
• Writing technical specifications
• Implementation according to previously created technical specification
• Programming according to established code standards
• Testing developed code
• Work according to SCRUM methodology
