Frontend Designer, Tech Solutions

In this role, you will help design and improve the frontend of platforms used across the business. You will connect strong visual judgement with efficient development and AI-supported workflows, improving the way your colleagues work across markets. You'll become part of the Tech Solutions team, working closely with our experienced colleagues from Serbia, Denmark and Spain, and collaborating with other teams across s360.

How you’ll shape our platform experience 

As our Frontend Designer, you will take ownership of the quality and consistency of our web applications. You will move from reviewing an existing interface to shaping a new direction and implementing the change, making products clearer, faster and easier to use. 

Specifically, you can expect to:

• UX audit & optimisation: Review the design of new applications, recommend improvements, and implement changes.
• Design system governance: Manage and improve our internal design system so it stays consistent across applications.
• User behavioral analytics & UI strategy: Analyse user behaviour on our platforms and propose changes to improve workflows and UI.
• AI acceleration: Use AI efficiently for fast-paced MVPs, development, and bug fixing.
• Stakeholder management: Keep stakeholders updated and ask for sparring to push projects forward.
• Cross-functional UX collaboration: Partner with senior colleagues on UX for new platforms while supporting the team across s360 in designing and building applications.

Bring frontend craft and curiosity

We are looking for a frontend designer who combines a strong eye for detail with the ability to build what they design. You should be comfortable taking ownership, working from complex briefs, and making sure that all platforms are optimised for best-in-class UI and UX.

You likely recognise yourself in the following:

• Frontend & SaaS application development: Experience building and designing frontend web applications, ideally SaaS platforms.
• Frontend web stack: Hands-on experience with modern web application development in Next.js, using Tailwind CSS and/or custom CSS.
• UI mockups & AI design tooling: Experience designing mockups using Figma or Claude Design or similar AI driven design tools.
• Design execution & brief translation: Strong eye for detail and ability to convert ideas, conversations and written briefs into frontend design.
• English language proficiency: Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
