Flutter Developer (Medior)

We are looking for a Mid-Level Flutter Developer to join our growing team in our Belgrade office!

You will be responsible for developing high-quality cross-platform mobile applications for Android and iOS. Working closely with designers, backend engineers, and product teams, you will contribute to the entire product lifecycle—from implementing new features and integrating backend services to optimizing application performance and publishing releases. Your commitment to clean code, continuous learning, and delivering reliable mobile solutions will be key to the success of our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter for Android and iOS
• Collaborate with designers to implement responsive, pixel-perfect UI/UX solutions
• Integrate applications with REST APIs and third-party services
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code while participating in code reviews
• Contribute to feature planning, technical discussions, and effort estimation
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues while monitoring production performance
• Participate in publishing, maintaining, and updating applications on Google Play and the App Store

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• 2–4 years of professional experience in mobile application development, including at least 2 years of hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart
• Strong understanding of Flutter architecture and state management solutions such as Bloc, Provider, Riverpod, or similar
• Experience integrating REST APIs, working with JSON, and asynchronous programming
• Good understanding of clean architecture principles and mobile design patterns
• Experience using Git and collaborating through pull requests and code reviews
• Understanding of the mobile application lifecycle and release process for Google Play and the App Store
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to independently troubleshoot and solve technical issues

WOULD BE A PLUS:

• Experience with native Android development using Kotlin or Java, including Android SDK, platform channels, and native integrations
• Experience with Firebase services (Authentication, Firestore, Push Notifications, Crashlytics)
• Experience with CI/CD tools for mobile development (Codemagic, Fastlane, GitHub Actions)
• Experience writing unit, widget, and integration tests
• Experience with native iOS development using Swift

PROFILE:

• University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
  2–4 years of relevant professional experience in mobile development
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in spoken and written English
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as within a team
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
