Our Risk Assurance team helps business leaders understand cyber security risks and threats referring to people, processes, and technology and cope with various solutions offered in the market. We support clients to assess current resources and capabilities and develop adequate plans aiming to cyber security investment, or cyber risk treatment measures or solutions based on regulations and standards requirements.
For our Cyber security practice within Risk Assurance team we are looking for Ethical Hacker.
As an Ethical Hacker / ICT security tester your role will be to perform security vulnerability assessments and penetration tests in accordance with industry-accepted methods and protocols, to analyse systems for potential vulnerabilities that may result from improper system configuration or operational weaknesses.
The role:
- Understanding and analysing the context of an organization, identifying ICT security risks or ICT system weaknesses, performing vulnerability assessment and addressing security. problems critically.
- Executing software tests, developing code exploits if needed and executing ICT audits.
- Monitoring system performance and providing technical documentation.
- Presenting identified issues and proposed solutions to clients.
- Assess organizational and technical measures that the client is proposed to take.
- Participating in key technical and design discussions.
- Reviewing system designs to ensure selection of appropriate technology, efficient use of resources and integration of multiple systems and technologies.

What we are looking for:
- 2 – 7 years working experience in information security and IT environment.
- University degree in Computer Science.
- Knowledge of ICT security based on security standards and OSI model.
- Excellent knowledge of penetration testing tools and tools for ICT test automation.
- Excellent knowledge of software vulnerabilities, web application security threats, ICT network vulnerabilities and threats, computer forensics, cyberattack countermeasures, ICT encryption, ICT network security risks, and legal requirements of ICT products.
- Ability to define security policies, assess security risks, manage IT security compliances, solve ICT system problems, and perform project management,
- Willingness to learn new tools and solutions.
- Good understanding of SDLC processes and software development methodologies is optional.
- Programming background in SQL or C# (optional).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Motivated, ambitious and hard-working person with a friendly mindset.
- Self-starter and with can-do attitude.
- Fluent in Serbian and English language.
