Enterprise Integration & Business Process Management Team Lead

We are looking for an Enterprise Integration & Business Process Management Team Lead to take on a technical leadership role within a diverse team that  builds solutions through a mix of vendor partnerships and open-source technologies, with a strong focus on quality, long-term impact, and shared success.

This role is for someone who naturally encourages collaboration and inclusive decision-making, while also being comfortable stepping into customer-facing conversations when needed — whether that means aligning expectations, negotiating solutions, or building trusted partnerships.

The position includes working from the office at least three days a week, as we believe regular in-person collaboration helps us share knowledge, grow together, and maintain an energetic, focused environment alongside ambitious goals.

As an Enterprise Services & Business Process Team Lead you will provide technical and delivery leadership for a team of senior and mid-level engineers working on complex, integration-heavy enterprise solutions.

The team delivers end-to-end solutions using a combination of open-source technologies and selected vendor platforms, with a strong emphasis on sound architecture, long-term maintainability, and real business impact.

This role combines hands-on technical leadership with close collaboration across stakeholders. You will work directly with customers and internal partners to shape solutions, align technical decisions with business goals, and ensure high-quality delivery.

What you bring:

• Strong knowledge of OOP and SOLID principles, and design patterns
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, practices, and tools (TDD, CI/CD)
• Experience with distributed and modular architectures and patterns
• Strong knowledge of REST, SOAP (XML), web services, messaging, and event-streaming technologies
• Experience with cloud platforms and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift)
• A pragmatic mindset: understanding that technologies are tools and should be chosen based on the problem
• Curiosity and willingness to work with non–open-source technologies and vendor platforms
