Engineering Team Lead, Tech Solutions

At s360, a leading European digital partner, we're looking for an Engineering Team Lead to build and lead our Tech Solutions team in Belgrade. 

In this role, you'll combine hands-on technical work with team leadership and project management, acting as the backbone of our Belgrade engineering hub. You'll oversee the development, support, and continuous improvement of software and tools used by s360 colleagues and clients across markets, while guiding and growing our Belgrade team.

You'll work closely with experienced colleagues from Serbia, Denmark and beyond, bridging technical execution with strategic coordination, ensuring we deliver outstanding results for international brands and retailers, at scale and with precision.

What you’ll do:

You will become part of our Tech Solutions team consisting of 10 engineers, collaborating across borders. This role is ideal if you’re eager to accelerate your career in an international setting, and grow in building and supporting software by joining an experienced and driven team. Specifically, you can expect to:

• Lead & Scale: Play a central role in building the Belgrade team, with the ambition to support, maintain, and strengthen our existing suite of platforms used across markets.
• Cutting-Edge Development: Hands-on support and development of software - working with the newest technologies within AI, AI-driven development, web technologies (next.js, react, tailwind css) and Google Cloud Platform.
• Cross-Border Ownership: Contribute to our cross-border development team, driving your own projects while supporting and coordinating with other developers on larger initiatives.
• Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate closely with colleagues in the Nordics and beyond, bridging technical execution with project coordination and stakeholder communication.
• Innovation & Insight: Stay current on tools and trends in digital marketing and e-commerce, identifying opportunities to drive efficiency and better insights through data and software.

What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals who are curious, structured, and ready to grow with us. You likely recognise yourself in the following:

• Solid experience: 3+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering, with a proven track record of delivering production-grade software and handling issues and support tasks.
• Leadership or Mentorship: whether formal or informal, you've guided colleagues, reviewed work, managed projects or taken ownership of a team's technical direction.
• Modern Web Stack & AI: A solid understanding of modern web application technologies, such as React, Python, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, etc, as well as security and scalability.
• AI-driven development: You are leaning actively into AI-driven development, and actively use AI in your daily work, balancing speed of execution with code quality, security and scalability. Experience in developing with or supported by AI is a must.
• Cloud & Infrastructure: Experience with Cloud technology (preferably Google Cloud Platform) for scalable infrastructure and software architecture is a plus.
• Ownership & Execution: Experience in supporting team development and managing projects, you're comfortable coordinating across teams and keeping initiatives on track.
• English language skills: Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
