ERP Business Consultant

OPPORTUNITY

As part of our growth strategy Fadata is looking to hire for its team in Serbia an ERP Business Consultant for the Financial Management area, with the following profile.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with the client to identify business requirements and translate them into workable Oracle eBusiness suite solutions. Gather information regarding current and future business processes and desired functional outcomes. 
• Create clear documentation of the business requirements and achieve client sign-off. Generate process mapping documentation and data flows. Ensure the correct interpretation of the business requirements into functional specifications and review the developed solutions to ensure customer acceptance.
• Configure the Oracle eBusiness suite application as appropriate to achieve conformity with the client requirements.
• Work closely with the developer to develop custom solutions and extend functionalities of Oracle eBusiness suite applications. 
• Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Excellent in team communication.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

• Experience in Business analysis/consultancy with at least 5 years’ experience gained in Financial Management area – Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, VAT, Cash Management etc.
• Experience with ERP applications (Oracle eBS, SAP, Navision etc.)
• Demonstrable customer-facing skills, ability to communicate clearly, present logically and participate in business discussions. 
• Strong technical awareness with the ability to understand average to complex software problems and facilitate the optimum solution. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• University degree
• Very good knowledge of English (written & spoken).

Any experience with the following is considered a plus:

• Knowledge and experience with SQL. 
• Any experience with Oracle eBS. 
• Being highly self-motivated and able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
