OPPORTUNITY:
As part of our growth strategy Fadata is looking to hire for its team in Serbia an ERP Business Consultant for the Financial Management area, with the following profile.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with the client to identify business requirements and translate them into workable Oracle eBusiness suite solutions. Gather information regarding current and future business processes and desired functional outcomes.
- Create clear documentation of the business requirements and achieve client sign-off. Generate process mapping documentation and data flows. Ensure the correct interpretation of the business requirements into functional specifications and review the developed solutions to ensure customer acceptance.
- Configure the Oracle eBusiness suite application as appropriate to achieve conformity with the client requirements.
- Work closely with the developer to develop custom solutions and extend functionalities of Oracle eBusiness suite applications.
- Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Excellent in team communication.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Experience in Business analysis/consultancy with at least 5 years’ experience gained in Financial Management area – Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, VAT, Cash Management etc.
- Demonstrable customer-facing skills, ability to communicate clearly, present logically and participate in business discussions.
- Strong technical awareness with the ability to understand average to complex software problems and facilitate the optimum solution. Experience with Oracle, PL/SQL and Apex is a distinct advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- University degree.
- Very good knowledge of English (written & spoken).
Any experience with the following is considered a plus:
- Experience with ERP applications (Oracle eBS, SAP, Navision etc.).
- Knowledge and experience with Oracle PL/SQL.
- Willingness to travel.
- Being highly self-motivated and able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
