Digital Workspace Engineer
Place of Work: Airport city, New Belgrade
Digital Workplace Engineer is working together with Corporate Digital Workplace Transformation department on bringing new modern ways of collaboration to 154 offices across world across 90 countries and hosted in 3 datacenters. Candidate will maintain our existing collaboration solutions and will work on design and implementation of new solutions through various project which will enable our employees work more efficiently and easily. Implementation of cloud file collaboration platform, improvement of our Video Conferencing solution or platform for virtual scrum meetings those are services which are under responsibility of Digital Workplace Engineers. They will work diligently and making sure that our digital workplace solutions have high adoption and satisfaction rate by making sure that they bring value to our users working in our fast-growing international business.
Key responsibilities and deliverables:
- Service support & operation:
- Maintain and troubleshoot the company’s corporate IT Solutions
- Keep solution availability at agreed level
- Assist Tier 1 and Tier 2 support levels in resolving incidents
- Create knowledge articles for Tier 1 and Tier 2 support levels
- Service improvement:
- Work on improving existing solution by understanding what users need by applying user experience approach to designing use cases and functionalities
- Deliver new solutions in a way that they support productivity, mobility, collaboration and innovations
- Lead projects and participate in projects in collaboration with the business and other IT teams
- Service architecture & strategy
- Keep solutions roadmap up to date and propose solutions improvements for development pipeline
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master degree in Computer science, Information technologies or equivalent experience & certification
- English language fluency (French and/or Chinese would be an advantage)
- 2+ years of experience in systems administration, service management or similar positions
- Experience with Microsoft AD, Exchange & Skype for Business (Experience with room video conferencing systems is a plus)
- Experience with Office 365 stack (Experience with Office 365 migration and adoption is a plus)
- Experience with PowerShell scripting (Additional scripting and programming language are plus)
- Knowledge of IT Security principles and Cloud IT Security
- Knowledge of productivity & collaboration tools like: ownCloud, Wikimedia, Jira, Salesforce etc.)
- Ability to work in an internationally distributed team
- Analytical & collaborative mindset
- Innovative and willing to try new things and unconventional approaches
- Willing to occasionally travel internationally
