Our Challenge
As a DevOps Engineer, you will work on testing, building, designing, deploying, and maintaining applications based on use cases presented to you. You should have expertise in at least one configuration management tool as well as relational and document-oriented databases.
Responsibilities
- Environment configuration and monitoring (Nagios, ELK stack, Prometheus, Graphana), containers orchestration tools like Kubernetes, Docker)
- Work with various services on Cloud (AWS, IBM, Azure, OCI)
- Test, build, design, deployment, and ability to maintain continuous integration and continuous delivery process using tools like Jenkins, Maven, Git, etc.
- Work in close coordination with the development and operations team such that the application is in line with performance according to the customer's expectation
- Collaborate with our development team in Serbia, as well as client experienced team
- Create and manage application deployments with Maven and write CI/CD pipelines in tools like Jenkins and Gitlab CI
Requirements
You are:
- An expert in one of the configuration management tools - Ansible/Chef/Puppet/Terraform
- Equipped with hands-on experience with containers and Kubernetes
- Experienced in developing and maintaining CI/CD processes for SaaS applications by using tools like Jenkins, Gitlab CI, Maven, etc.
- Equipped with hands-on experience in building, designing, and maintaining cloud-based applications with AWS, Azure, OCI, IBM Cloud, etc.
- Experienced with the Linux operating system, with good command over any scripting language such as Shell, Bash, etc.
- Able to automate test and deploy the code and monitor
- Knowledgeable in relational and document-oriented databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB
- Fluent in English
