DevOps Engineer - CKW Team

Together with our partner we are expanding the team and looking for a: DevOps Engineer

to join the team and work on a platform that enables the future of energy billing of decentral and central energy consumption. You will work on a modern cloud-native application structured in microservices, and the first version is already in production.

Your responsibilities:

• Enhancing the platform to build new features and maintain the existing infrastructure
• Taking ownership of feature development with an understanding of the business context and technological capabilities of the platform
• Researching and making proposals on how to shape the platform architecture and implement new technological solutions
• Working on a containerized setup with a deep understanding of Docker
• Developing and maintaining CI/CD Pipeline

Your profile:

• 5+ years of experience as a DevOps engineer
• You have Monitoring and alerting skills, the ELK stack is well known to you and you have a deep understanding of Prometheus and Grafana
• Infrastructure as Code, especially Terraform and Ansible are not new for you, you can help us to set up and maintain our scripts
• You can set up CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Devops) and enable your colleagues to deploy new features completely automated
• It's common for you to work on a containerized setup and you have a deep understanding of Docker and YAML
• Ability to solve problems individually and thoroughly: you like to think end-to-end of the consequences and move across technologies to solve potential issues
• Knowledge of Hashicorp products like Nomad, Vault, and Consul is a plus
• Experience either on Azure, AWS, or GCP is a plus
• You prefer to work in cross-functional and self-organized teams
• You are fluent in English
