Join Zilker's Managed Services group to provide technical support and guidance to our clients. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in similar or system administration position and demonstrated troubleshooting expertise. Candidate should have a strong understanding of support duties and responsibilities, system monitoring concepts and customer support through tickets, emails and phones. Candidate should have a solid track record of working on strong teams contributing to medium to large-scale engagements.

Desired Experience:

• Experience in DevOps, systems administration or related role 
• Experience with system and application monitoring, software distribution, patching and maintenance in a Linux environment
• Experience scripting in some of the common languages, e.g. Bash or Python
• Container Experience: Docker, Kubernetes, IBM Cloud Private, RedHat Openshift, Pivotal (Cloudfoundry or PKS)
• Experience with version control, workflow, (preferably Git)
• Experience with Jenkins and/or Ansible, Puppet, Chef
• Experience in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud) 
• Solid understanding of server virtualization concepts
• Basic database administration skills and comfortable with the usage of SQL queries in troubleshooting issues 
• Experience building/implementing systems management and monitoring tools
• Experience in configuring Nginx and Apache servers
• Ability to troubleshoot and identify the root cause of issues 
• Demonstrates skill and passion for operational excellence
• Written and verbal communication skills (in Serbian and English) 
• Effective project and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• IBM Software stack support will be considered as a great advantage
• Enterprise level configuration management experience
• Experience in a high-volume or critical production service environment
• Experience in administration of network domain (Windows/Linux)
• Cloud, network and Linux administration certifications are a plus
