Delivery Manager

About us

DevDepot is a software company that is currently being relocated to Belgrade. We build an internal CRM system for Nordic healthcare staffing. We also develop and implement our own AI business automation platform.

We're hiring a Delivery Manager to help us manage workstreams and customer expectations, own day-to-day delivery, manage the backlog, and be the point of contact for the client representatives. You'll work closely with the solution architect and the remote team, with the goal of rapid delivery of quality software and solutions for our customers.

We are looking to rebuild the org from the ground up and grow the team significantly, and you will play a critical role in this process.

What you will do

• Manage internal and customer workstreams
• Define scope and acceptance criteria per work stream
• Run daily standups with our devs and QA
• Be the source of truth on the delivery schedule and history
• Send the client a weekly written status per each workstream
• Triage incoming bugs, questions and requests

What we expect

• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Being comfortable working with the Nordic customers, understanding the culture, expectations and the pace of work
• Experience with AI tools and an insatiable desire to automate as much as possible
• 3+ years managing development teams for a international client
• Wishing to work from the offices 2-3 days a week (Novi Beograd)
• Experience with ERP / CRM or similar data-heavy business systems
• Good written and spoken English

Nice to have: product documentation ownership; quick prototyping with AI coding tools
