CETIN Serbia is looking for a Head of HR to join our team in Belgrade. If you have great leadership skills and thrive in a fast paced and hands on environment, this may be the role for you!
1+ years of experience in MSSQL/Oracle database administration.
Knowledge of PostgreSQL/mysql or other database technologies will be considered as advantage.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changes.
Fluent in English.
Good communication skills on all levels and across cultures and disciplines.
Willingness to travel mainly in Europe.
University degree in IT, Telecommunication, Engineering or similar.
Maintain several hundred of databases across the region.
Provide ongoing performance improvements through optimizations.
Organize and perform database patching, upgrades and migrations.
Participate in cross-team local and regional projects.
Participate in defining future database architecture.
Provide passive on-call support (usually one week per month out of working hours).
