Summary
TeleSign is seeking a Digital Identity Expert, Data Security Analyst for supporting and authoring customer security reviews, Request for Proposals, and Security Architecture documentation. The DSA will be responsible for working with our Info Security and Legal teams to successfully complete all required documentation in a timely manner. In addition to this, the DSA will be responsible for identifying and subsequently defining TeleSign customers required tests, monitoring the test coverage and evaluating the overall quality experienced when testing the TeleSign Services. Strong problem solving, analytical, written and verbal communication skills are essential to this role. This position is based in Belgrade.
Essential Functions
- Author technical responses and specifications to Request for Proposals, Security Reviews, etc.
- Act as a technical point of contact with the client during the pre-sales phase.
- Assist with PoC’s and batch testing of TeleSign Services.
- Work closely with Product and Data Science teams to understand the fundamentals of our data services and translate them into clear analysis for our customers.
- Assist in developing training and process improvement initiatives for DI Experts and supporting teams.
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of how existing TeleSign customers are using TeleSign solutions and maintain technical and business expertise in industry directions and trends.
Essential Requirements
- Proven ability to master new technology and application domains (e.g. web, consumer, enterprise, mobility).
- Deep experience/knowledge in security, fraud prevention or telecommunications space is a must.
- “Start-up Style" creativity and execution and ability to operate in ambiguity.
- Ability to see and present "the big picture" through strong analytics and question-based skills.
- Must be effective in working both independently and in a team setting.
- BS or equivalent in Computer Science or Mathematics.
