Data Integration Developer

TIAC is looking for a Data Integration Developer who is ready to apply their expertise in data migration and ERP systems and help drive successful project outcomes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Apply the program’s guiding principles and methodologies.
• Prepare and extract data from legacy systems and migrate it to the new ERP system.
• Create mappings of legacy data to new ERP values.
• Write scripts for data extraction and participate in data cleansing processes.
• Validate data before and after loading into the new system, and identify and resolve issues.
• Document the required processes and logic for data migration scripts.
• Analyze and understand the structure and tables of financial data.
• Create test scripts for data validation and resolve issues during implementation.
• Conduct regular "scrum" meetings and monitor the progress of data conversion activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience working with ERP systems, data migration, or writing scripts for data extraction.
• Understanding of financial data, networks, operating systems, and low-level computing processes.
• Ability to document technical requirements and track tasks.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with tools such as PeopleSoft, Docker, or other relevant data conversion tools is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience in the IT or software industry.
