Data Integration Architect
Your Responsibilities
- Design solutions architectures, specify integration workflows, and document interface procedures for various systems, including cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments
- Analyze customer requirements for integration and data exchange with other systems
- Analyze and specify hardware and software requirements for optimal system performance
- Connect, test, configure, customize, extend, and develop custom components for interfacing purposes
- Build ETL Packages using solid integration design, data architecture, and high-performance techniques
- Working with tools to utilize IPS OData for data exchange (e.g. Postman, SoapUI, etc.)
- Create, develop, and maintain new SSIS Integration Packages that support transaction sets, including Flat File, XML, and Web Service Integrations
- Create and maintain clear and comprehensive documentation, ensuring all integrations meet compliance, security, and governance standards
- Interpret and maintain business requirement integrity for external customer integration projects and internal application integration data requirements
- Maintain configuration settings for interfaces and partner profiles, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and scripting
- Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
- Identify opportunities to improve existing integration processes, making recommendations for tools, methodologies, and approaches
Your Energy
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent technical degree
- More than 5+ years of experience in solution architecture and system integration
- Understanding of different data models, databases, enterprise service bus, APIs, and web services
- Experience with database systems and familiar with the MS SQL SERVER and relevant integration components
- Familiar with ESB (Enterprise Service Bus) technologies, data orchestration tools
- Solid knowledge of data mapping, data transformation, and ETL processes
- Proficiency in some of the integration platforms and integration protocols (e.g., REST, SOAP, JSON)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Familiar with DevOps and Agile development methodologies
