YOUR KEY TASKS
- Manage web tracking implementations using Google Tag Manager for enhanced data collection and analysis.
- Utilize tools such as BigQuery, SQL, and Google Analytics to perform detailed data analysis and extract actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using business intelligence (BI) solutions to effectively present data findings to stakeholders.
- Ensure data integrity by implementing data quality control checks.
- Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests to evaluate and optimize website performance and user experience.
- Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to provide quick analytical support, uncover trends, or identify patterns and opportunities for optimization
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and technology, to influence data-driven decision-making.
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics or a similar field.
- Proficiency in web analytical tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4.
- Ability to write and execute SQL queries for data retrieval and manipulation tasks.
- Experience with any dashboarding solutions (Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau)
- Meticulous attention to details paired with curiosity and a problem-solving mindset
- Familiarity with any A/B testing tool (FigPii, Optimizely, VWO)
- Knowledge of programming languages for data analysis, such as Python or R, is a plus.
- English at a very good level

The office in Novi Sad is founded in 2015 and we are expanding since then. Our team in Novi Sad has a total of 21 employees, of which almost all are developers, couple of data processing experts and one office manager. Our office is equipped with everything one would need for a pleasant and creative work, with a great atmosphere, a comfortable lounge for relaxation, table tennis for recreation and a kitchen with refreshments of every type.
