About the Role:

Position: Customer Support Agent

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service and support to our clients.
• Solve problems efficiently and effectively.
• Assist with product support inquiries.
• Engage in data analytics to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service in IT, Online, chat support
• Proficiency in MS Office and Spreadsheets.
• Native Serbian and near native level of English; additional languages such as Spanish, German, or French are considered a plus.
