About the Role
The primary focus of this role is to produce creative concepts for new projects and design high quality digital materials. You will ensure that all assets meet expectations, abide by brand guidelines and you will oversee the production of creative and multimedia content. You will achieve fantastic results for Daoversal and push the boundaries whilst delivering at pace and adapting flexibly to changing requirements.
What you’ll be doing
- Develop, maintain, and execute design concepts for the Web 3.0 space.
- Optimize existing designs and creative concepts while structuring brand assets and public visual materials
- Plan and Execute workflow across various streamlines
- Work cross-functionally with copywriters, tech team and researchers in articulating concepts visually pleasing for targeted audience
- Stay on top of technology trends in the Web 3.0 space

Requirements
- Outstanding design skills with an ability to translate complex information into engaging visuals
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to produce exciting creative concepts whilst working within limitations of brand guidelines
- Demonstrable creative expertise / technical ability in designing and producing outstanding materials
- Ability to produce high quality results in tight timescales
- Excellent working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite – particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
- Preferred a Basic Understanding of rendering in 3DS Max, Maya, etc.
- Good working knowledge of PowerPoint, Keynote and Slides
- Methodical approach to archiving assets.
