Why we need you:
- To manage incident management processes, including Major/P1 Incidents
- For managing complex change management and senior sign-off under minimal supervision of S4
- To have an ability to manage a team as a line manager and balance workloads efficiently and effectively
- To liaise efficiently with E3 for onboarding and handover of new clients
- To be capable of advanced automation scripting
- To work with CRM on client escalations
- To work with CRM on service reviews (UK and US only)
- To help pre-sales with client site exploration and needs assessments (UK & US only)
- To enablement and development of S1 and S2 both in terms of technical advancement and process knowledge
- For continual Service Improvements focused both from a process and automation/technical standpoint
You are/have:
- Subject matter expert in the field (Microsoft Azure and AWS)
- Can confidently speak to a broad number of technologies
- 6+ years of technical and operations experience
- Knowledge in what resources, knowledge, tools and techniques are required to successfully complete a project/resolve service requests and incidents
- At least one of the certificates in cloud technology
- ITIL Foundation
- Mentoring, advising and steering a team of colleagues
- Managing client expectations in a continuously polite and friendly manner
