We are looking for a Change and Problem Manager who wants to be part of Tietoevry Banking. Tietoevry Banking is the leading financial services software and solution partner in the Nordics. You will join our Service and Support team which is responsible for delivering top edge services to our customers running our software solutions as SaaS solutions and on-premises solutions. Our teams are in Stockholm, Kalix and Belgrade and cooperates with colleagues in other locations as well.
The role will focus on policies and procedure for Change and Problem management; governance and managing the Change and Problem processes to ensure maximum availability and performance of critical production systems and services.
When joining Tietoevry Banking as a Change and Problem Manager:
- You join a skilled team of Service and Support experts, where you learn new things with your colleagues.
- Responsible for Change and Problem Management processes, ensuring that governance is defined and adhered to.
- Facilitate coordination between Change, and Problem Management and other processes.
- Member of the Change Advisory Board (CAB), responsible for coordinating and managing the outputs of the board.
- Conducts post-implementation follow-up of failed changes to ensure lessons learned and identifying the need for Critical and Major Incident reviews.
- Carry out Risk Analysis and Impact Assessment on changes and ensure test plans are carried out to appropriate standards.
- Oversee the scheduling of all changes to live IT service environment.
- Assign responsibility for change implementation to appropriate resources with IT Services.
- Verify user acceptance tests are completed and all defects addressed.
- Assess all implemented changes against their objectives.
- Enhance, co-ordinate and promote the effective functioning of problem management.
- Coordinate the investigation of problems within the unit.
- Drive a culture of proactively identifying common faults or areas where reliability can be improved.
- Identify Business priorities and ensure investigation and implementation of Problem solutions are prioritised against Business goals and impact.
Who we are looking for:
- You have a relevant university degree in project management, change management, engineering, or related field.
- Experience in leading and managing change initiatives within an organization.
- You have a good understanding of known ISO quality frameworks and their impact on the highly regulated financial sector.
- Strong understanding of ITIL change and problem management, principles, methods and tools.
- ITIL framework certification or equivalent.
- You are a person who easily documents processes and routines and can instruct and train others.
- Ability to work independently, flexibly and under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- You ae fluent in English, both verbally and in writing. Knowledge of Swedish is a plus
