CRM Specialist 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement CRM Marketing strategies effectively to achieve client objectives within designated timelines, while reporting to the CRM Senior Specialist.
  • Create CRM Marketing campaigns -  content and KV creation, localization, copywritting, targeting and segmentation setup, testing, monitoring and publishing.
  • Write compelling copy for email subject lines, campaigns, and push notifications.
  • Oversee the Samsung Members App and Samsung Loyalty program, ensuring smooth operation and overseeing the implementation of all necessary updates and changes.
  • Collaborate with clients on campaigns briefs.
  • Cooperation with external CRM and development stakeholders.
  • Analyze campaign performance, establish benchmarks, and produce regular performance reports.
  • Adapt and implement best practices based on case studies.
  • Integrate CRM Marketing with other channels seamlessly.
  • Support the Digital team in exploring innovative approaches and assisting in pitches.
  • Assist with any additional tasks as required by the agency.
  • Supervision of Samsung Members and Loyalty Program.
