CRM Senior Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Management and leading the work and activities of the team on the group of CRM projects: CRM, Samsung Members app and Loyalty Microsite, while reporting to the Account director.
  • Project management, assignment, prioritization, resource allocation and service quality maintenance.
  • Ensuring the development of Holistic CRM strategies for clients.
  • Implementing the CRM strategy in the best possible way, as well as leading the project to efficient and timely accomplishment of the goals set with the client.
  • In cooperation with the client, works on CRM campaign plan.
  • Campaign content creation, localization, copywritting, targeting and segmentation setup, testing, monitoring and publishing.
  • Analysing campaign results, developing benchmarks, creating and sharing regular performance reports.
  •  Budget management, monitoring of financial procedures, cost estimates and invoicing.
  •  Cooperation with external CRM and development stakeholders.
  • Participation in the selection of new team members, hiring process, evaluation and development of team members.
  • Creation of proposals for CRM project improvements.
  • CRM integration with other channels.
  • Adjustment and implementation of network cases.
  •  Proactive strategic thinking about expanding the business.
  •  Support for the Digital team in innovations and pitches.
  •  Aiding with any additional duties required by the agency.
  •  Involvement in activities related to acquiring and working on new business opportunities.
