As an innovation leader on the market, Raiffeisen bank Serbia is looking for a CRM SME specialist who will help us to develop an event driven SME platform to serve our SME customers exceptionally and to scale our innovations further across the Raiffeisen Bank International Group, by using Product as a Service approach.
Responsibilities:
- Introduces event-based offers for SME customers in Serbia
- Continuously develops new contextual offers in SME segment
- Supports implementation of CRM PaaS products in various markets where RBI operates
- Promotes SME contextual offers to other NWBs
- Strongly collaborates with colleagues in Consumer business to achieve full reusability of the CRM solution in both directions
- Executes SME campaigns with full E2E responsibility with the focus on contextual offers
- Develops and shares expertise in related innovations and new technologies
- Proposes new initiatives to improve CRM SME business
- Collaborates with the development team and ensures shared vision and direction
- Manages backlog and creates roadmaps in line with overall strategy and stakeholders needs
- Continuously defines and validates acceptance criteria of delivered solutions
- Plans releases and sets expectations for delivery of new functionalities
- Partners with Marketing and Digital to develop rollout plans and marketing of the product
- Works with design experts to ensure quality UX
- Supports other functions in resolving related queries
Requirements:
- 3Y+ of experience in banking business
- Excellent understanding of SME business
- Strong project management and presentation skills
- Faculty degree
- Good understanding of CRM role (knowledge of aCRM and/or oCRM tools is a plus)
- Advanced knowledge of English (written and spoken)
- International experience is considered as a plus
