Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team and help us develop new relationships, business and network for our Low-Code business unit.
Our new colleague will lead the initiatives and engage with potential clients to build new business for the company. You will be focused on contacting prospects and will have strong communication skills, motivation and hunger to win new business and close deals.

You will
- Create, identify, and qualify new sales opportunities
- Contact existing and potential customers on a daily basis in order to generate new opportunities
- Build relationships with new and existing clients and secure new business in the assigned accounts or region
- Add new logos and open the doors with targeted accounts – and be rewarded for that!
- Control the entire sales cycle from the first customer approach to the conclusion of a contract for new customers
- Lead negotiations, coordinate complex decision-making processes with help of pre-sales team and overcome potential objections
- Provide feedback to Senior management on ways to shorten the sales cycle, increase sales, and improve company brand and reputation
- Provide general product/solution overview and insights pertinent to customer need and usage scenarios
- Maintain up to date and accurate customer contacts in CRM
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in International Business Development
- Experience in sales of IT Services and Software
- General knowledge of the IT industry is a must and experience with low-code platforms is a plus
- Understanding of cloud computing technologies, business drivers, and emerging computing trends
- Background of prospecting to IT decision makers is required
