BUSINESS APPLICATION MANAGER
Location: Belgrade
Job description:
- Supervising and analysing all business applications of the company, eliminating all errors and work on application improvements.
- Responsible for coexistence of all back up data for all business applications of the company.
- Planning, designing, developing, implementing and documenting safety policy for all applications.
- Work on requirement elicitation, creating business requirements, communication with external partners, testing, implementing and maintaining business application for the company’s needs.
- Work proactively on application improvements.
- Participating in new application procurement process. Planning both implementation and maintenance costs.
- Participating in selection and purchase of new application solution.
- Suggesting and participating in vendors and solution selection, suggesting “outsource” partners and maintaining good professional cooperation with them.
- Work intensively in solution conceptual design prior solution implementation.
- Organizing preparation and performing installation, testing, parametrization and upgrading of business applications purchased from vendors in cooperation with them.
- Manage the vendor relationships to ensure quality deliverables promptly.
- Actively participating in implementation of internal (in)dependent application solution.
- Actively participating in application integrations within application landscape.
- Creating interface architecture in order to integrate with third party applications.
- Analysing, planning, monitoring and optimizing business units costs.
- Participating in planning and implementation of trainings for application key and end users.
- Participating in creating user’s documentation for applications.
- Creating regular and periodical reports for company’s needs.
Candidates qualifications:
- Education: Faculty degree, preferably in IT or technical area
- Working experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in implementing and maintaining IT solutions
- Experience in implementing ERP, POS, WMS and e-commerce solutions will be considered as advantage
- Knowledge of SAP would be considered as advantage
- Experience in application integrations
- Knowledge of SQL would be considered as advantage
- ITIL certification will be considered as advantage
- English language – professional proficiency
- Driving licence B
