Business Analyst – Tietoevry Banking
Tietoevry are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Customer Operations organization and our Service Desk team, located in Belgrade and Kalix (Sweden). You will be a part of our team, supporting banks and credit institutes in the Nordic market using our applications, and handle service desk cases within ITIL-based processes in an ITSM tool called ServiceNow. Business Analysts work as second line support investigators and have continuous customer dialogues to reach high customer satisfaction. You will also continuously contribute to develop our services and processes to improve efficiency and quality. Skills
Analytic and problem-solving skills as well as a completed master- or bachelor’s degree in economics or Organizational Science is required. In addition to that we require at least 3 years of working experience in Banking industry or as a Business Analyst for a banking software. Basic SQL knowledge is preferred but can be developed during onboarding. Fluency in English and is a must and any Swedish, Norwegian or Finnish skills are merited.
