About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst (with a minimum of 2 years of experience) to join our team and contribute to the development of modern FinTech products.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with Developers, QA Engineers, Product Owners, and stakeholders to help shape product functionality, analyze business requirements, and ensure successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.

You will play a key role in bridging business needs and technical implementation, helping the team clearly define product goals, requirements, and user expectations within an Agile development environment.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, Product Owners, and stakeholders.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily meetings, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Support backlog refinement and prioritization activities.
• Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assist the team in clarifying requirements and ensuring alignment between business goals and technical solutions.
• Contribute to product planning and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst on IT projects.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and product delivery lifecycle.
• Experience writing user stories, functional specifications, and business documentation.
• Experience working with Agile collaboration and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Good English communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience using AI-powered tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, or similar for documentation, analysis, and productivity improvement.
• Experience working on FinTech products or within the financial industry.
• Understanding of APIs, system integrations, or databases.
• Experience working in product-oriented environments.
