Our Collaboration & Workplace department is responsible for delivering and supporting its workplace-related IT services and mobile telephony to around 3,700 employees in Switzerland and abroad. For the Request Fulfillment team of the Collaboration & Workplace department, we are looking for a Backoffice Specialist.
Your responsibilities:
- You process requests regarding different IT services we provide to our customers, for example, cloud software licenses assignment, software deployment, hardware (notebook, smartphone and other IT accessories) orders, mobile telefony subscriptions orders and many others
- You are in contact with our hardware suppliers and organize onsite deliveries to the different locations for daily needs and lifecycle/rollout
- You manage the inventory of all our configuration items which means creation, modification, deletion, clean-ups and ensuring consistency
- You manage monthly invoicing of IT services and answers questions of our customers
- You contribute to the optimization and automation of operational processes related to request fulfillment
Your competencies:
- Degree in the field of IT Administration or equivalent
- Rigorous and stress-resistant person
- Languages: German and English (min. level C1 for both)
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheet (vlookup, stxt, and other basic formulas)
- 1st experience in an IT team is a plus
- Service Now knowledge is a plus
