B2B Outbound Operations/Automation Specialist

We’re looking for a new team member who wants to grow in the areas of outbound, automation, and B2B data work.
If you enjoy working with tools, lists, data, and figuring out how systems can work smarter, this role could be a great fit for you.

What you’ll do

• Work in Clay – build and maintain workflows (enrichment, signals, targeting)
• Create and maintain TAM and lead lists
• Work with data – quality checks, cleaning, and optimization
• Support simple API integrations and automations (with guidance from the team)
• Assist and lead outbound campaign management (QA, monitoring, making sure everything runs smoothly)

What we’re looking for

• Basic to intermediate experience with Clay (or strong motivation to learn it quickly)
• Understanding of B2B lead lists and outbound processes
• Logical thinking and interest in working with data and tools
• Good level of spoken and written English
• Availability within the CET time zone (+/- 2 hours)

You don’t need to know everything upfront – what matters most is having a solid foundation and a willingness to learn.
