Responsibilities:
- SPOC ITSM: General questions regarding Ticketing system, coordination with GPMO, management and coordination of changes and escalations within OSM-Q
- User Access Administration
- Produce reports as defined for the MVS service and maintain the respective database (mostly off-shored to FJ in Pune, India; supervising the person in Pune)
- Processing ad-hoc report requests
- User access to Fujitsu ticket handling system (GC3)
- User access to internal UBS SharePoint, P: drive folders and external DocPortal
- Reporting on contractual measurements and KPIs
- Building reports, analysis and pursuing for the most efficient way (automation) of providing the data
- Providing ad-hoc reports and analysis based on customer requirements and needs
- Manage and cooperate with calculation resource operating out of Poland GDC
Requirements:
- From one up to three years of experience in IT
- Knowledge of IT service management methodology (ISO, ITIL, COBIT, MOF, etc.);
- Analytical skills;
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office
- Leadership skills (attentiveness, diligence, initiative, self-organization and self-control)
- Advanced knowledge of English Language
