We are looking for a motivated Account Manager that can collaborate with our customers to achieve mutual long-term success. Account managers are responsible for managing a portfolio of assigned customers, growing new business from existing clients, and actively seeking new possibilities. This may involve a few business trips as well!
Our ideal candidate is able to understand customer needs and exceed client expectations. Also, candidate should be independent and self-managed in performing their day-to-day tasks, as well as have the following skills and background.
Required Skills:
- Excellent relationship-building and trust-building abilities; experience managing or working with international clients.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent organization, planning, and prioritization skills; excellent interpersonal skills; and a focus on customer service and business.
- Must have excellent spoken and written English!
- Experience in the same or similar position (preferred)
- Capable of working independently and driven by motivation.
- Computer literacy, including the ability to use word processing, spreadsheets, online services, and remote communications.
- Be presentable and prepared to travel.
- Working on a relevant position, such as Account Management, for a software or internet company is a plus!
Main Responsibilities:
- Establishing long-lasting relationships with clients and offering top-notch service
- Keeping in regular contact with clients by phone, email, face-to-face meetings, communication platforms (such as Skype, Zoom, and Google Meet), and other methods.
- Monitoring each client's performance and ensuring that marketing commitments are kept.
- Handling client requirements and requests
- Offering first-level business support
- Technical issue escalation point - Assigning duties internally and following to the problem-solving process.
- Analysing client performance using data and reports.
- Acquiring knowledge about customers and create profiles including target markets and trends.
- Maintain and improve client relationships through the implementation of organized account management and planning.
- Ensure that data and management information are updated and recorded accurately and promptly.
- Create reports and analysis for higher level management team
