We’re looking for someone who:

Has technical knowledge of AI tools, platforms, and concepts, combined with excellent communication skills.
Or has experience in pre-sales, consulting, or solution engineering and is highly motivated to specialize in AI solutions.

What You’ll Do

Sales & Business Development

Sell AI services (consulting, implementation support, custom AI solutions).
Drive sales of AI training programs for corporate clients and institutions.
Identify client needs and craft tailor-made AI service & training packages.
Build and nurture strong business relationships with companies, vendors, and partners.
Manage sales cycle: lead generation, proposals, and negotiations.

Market & Product Strategy

Monitor AI market trends, emerging tools, and client demands.
Suggest innovative services and new AI training programs based on market needs.
Collaborate with technical teams to align offerings with customer requirements.

Collaboration & Reporting

Work with marketing on campaigns, events, and promotional materials.
Coordinate with teams in Serbia, North Macedonia, and global AI partners.
Maintain accurate CRM and prepare regular performance reports.
Etc.

Your Profile

Background in AI technologies, machine learning concepts, data analytics, or related digital solutions.
IT background is preferred (Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Analytics, or similar fields).
Experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, business development, account management, or technical advisory is considered an advantage.
Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
Highly proactive, organized, results-oriented, and client-focused mindset.
Fluent in English and Serbian (written and spoken).
Familiarity with enterprise IT solutions, cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud), AI services, or corporate learning and training solutions is a plus.
Ability to identify client needs, develop tailored AI solution proposals, and support the sales process from opportunity qualification to deal closure.
