About Us

Within Hyperskill, we run a Venture Studio — an environment where we experiment with AI-first products, launch our own startups, and bring in external founders who develop early-stage ideas, identify market signals, and validate demand together with us.
When a product shows traction, we provide pre-seed investment and support the team until they reach the stage of raising external funding.

We run multiple projects in parallel, each led by a different founder. Many of these projects require strong technical support — from rapid MVP development to ongoing product iterations and technical decision-making. 

We are now looking for AI Fullstack Engineers who can join these projects and help founders bring their ideas to life.

What You Will Do

• Build end-to-end prototypes and early-stage applications — front-end, back-end, and AI components.
• Use AI tools extensively to speed up coding, generate solutions and test ideas quickly.
• Prototype fast and often: ship quick versions and validate assumptions without over-engineering.
• Work closely with founders to define product direction, target use cases, and core value propositions based on early market signals.
• Design, implement, and evaluate AI features and continually improve them.
• Make technical decisions independently, balancing speed and quality while keeping the product goal in focus.

What We’re Looking For

• AI-Full-stack engineering background — ability to build complete prototypes end-to-end: front-end, back-end, and AI components.
• Experience with a wide range of AI/LLM tools and techniques — ability to use AI to speed up development.
• Hacker/entrepreneurial engineering mindset — shipping fast, simplifying, building scrappy versions first, and optimizing only when needed. 
• Comfort operating in high uncertainty — figuring out the product direction together with a founder, testing hypotheses, and making decisions with limited information.
• High ownership and autonomy — ability to take broad, ambiguous tasks and turn them into working solutions without heavy guidance.
• Startup-oriented engineering approach — rapid prototyping, fast iteration cycles, willingness to work across multiple domains simultaneously.
