About the Role

We are looking for an experienced AI Developer to join our team and work on cutting-edge projects involving computer vision, image processing, and deep learning. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Python and practical experience with image segmentation, object detection, and solving complex semantic challenges. You will be responsible for building and optimizing AI models for real-world applications.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and optimize AI models for image segmentation, object detection, and classification
Work with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch
Implement custom AI solutions for complex visual understanding tasks
Handle image preprocessing, augmentation, and enhancement techniques
Improve model performance, accuracy, and inference speed
Integrate AI models into production-ready applications
Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams
Research and implement state-of-the-art deep learning techniques

Requirements

Strong Python skills with experience in AI and deep learning
Proficiency with TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenCV, and other relevant libraries
Experience in image processing, segmentation, and object detection
Knowledge of CNNs, transformers, and other neural network architectures
Familiarity with data annotation, model training, and hyperparameter tuning
Experience in working with large datasets and optimizing model performance
Ability to deploy AI models in a production environment
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to tackle complex AI challenges
Experience with NVIDIA CUDA, TensorRT, or ONNX for model acceleration
Understanding of MLOps and cloud-based AI deployment (AWS)

Nice to Have

Experience with multi-modal AI (combining text and images)
Knowledge of GANs, diffusion models, or other generative AI techniques
Prior work with 3D computer vision, LiDAR, or depth estimation
