Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end AI data annotation and labeling workflows in production
• Ensure reliability, scalability, and quality of annotation delivery pipelines
• Support annotation projects across text, image, audio, and video
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose scalable improvements
• Design and implement automation solutions for production, QA, and delivery processes
• Apply AI and LLM-based tools for triage, summarization, and operational decision support
• Ensure workflows follow human-in-the-loop best practices
• Establish automation-first practices across annotation delivery workflows
• Lead and mentor a globally distributed engineering team
• Collaborate closely with PMs, QMs, and stakeholders to design effective workflow solutions

Required Experience

• Strong experience with production AI data annotation and labeling workflows
• Proven ability to automate and scale delivery operations
• Solid software engineering background (Python, APIs, cloud-native systems)
• Experience leading teams across multiple time zones
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Experience

• Experience with AI/LLM-enabled workflow automation
• Familiarity with human-in-the-loop systems
• Experience working on enterprise AI data delivery programs
