We are looking for a
1st line Support Team Leader
Belgrade
We would expect from you:
- Managing the workload of the team to ensure that all support Incidents and change/project requests are dealt with promptly, efficiently and within the SLA timescales
- Ensure that relevant information is effectively communicated to the team
- Produce and present reports and statistics on team performance
- Monitor procedures, review and update as necessary
- Directly responding to Operation Manager
- Close collaboration with the teams in the 2nd level support
- Extension and further development of support documentation
Our ideal match:
- Has previous leadership experience
- Is strongly customer oriented
- Has excellent command of English (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of French would be an asset
- Strong commitment, high personal responsibility and communication skills
- Has basic knowledge in writing database queries
- Has basic technical background
- Has experience with some ticketing system (Jira, Oracle etc.)
